Accepting orders and security
We will send you an email confirmation when we have received your order. We reserve the right to decline your order.
All customer personal details are stored securely and payment details are encrypted.
Normal working days are Monday to Friday inclusive (excluding Public Holidays). Orders received by 4pm are usually despatched the same day. Orders received from 4pm on Friday through to Sunday will usually be despatched on the following normal working day.
Cancellations and returns
You may return your purchase (where we have accepted your order and delivered the product) if you notify us within the 14 working days following the day the product was delivered.
If there is a fault with your product you may return it to us within 28 days for a replacement or refund. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
‘No fault’ returns within 14 working days

DO NOT POST THE PRODUCT TO US AT OUR ADDRESS WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST. We will send you full returns instructions (including an authorisation code) and refund details.
Postage must be pre-paid unless we authorise otherwise.
To cancel your purchase your product must be complete, unused, in ‘as new’ condition with the original box, packing and accessories. Pre-recorded CDs, and software must be sealed. Any ‘Free Gifts’ received with the product must also be returned.
We cannot cancel your purchase when:
- you cannot provide proof of purchase;
- the seal has been broken on any product;
- the product is returned in a condition or packaging other than that detailed above
These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.
